The Atlanta, GA designated market area (DMA) is a U.S. television market serving the people in the state of Georgia. It is the seventh biggest media market by size in the United States, with a total population of 2,758,170 TV households as of the 2024-2025 television season, up +1% from that of the 2023-2024 season. The Atlanta DMA comprises 55 counties across three states, namely, Cleburne, and Randolph, AL; Banks, Barrow, Bartow, Butts, Carroll, Chattooga, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dawson, DeKalb, Douglas, Fannin, Fayette, Floyd, Forsyth, Fulton, Gilmer, Gordon, Greene, Gwinnett, Habersham, Hall, Haralson, Heard, Henry, Jackson, Jasper, Lamar, Lumpkin, Madison, Meriwether, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Paulding, Pickens, Pike, Polk, Putnam, Rabun, Rockdale, Spalding, Towns, Troup, Union, Upson, Walton, and White, GA; and Clay, NC.
