The Memphis, TN designated market area (DMA) is a U.S. television market serving the people in the state of Tennessee. It is the 51st biggest media market by size in the United States, with a total population of 666,300 TV households as of the 2024-2025 television season, down -1% from that of the 2023-2024 season. The Memphis DMA comprises 27 counties across three states, namely, Crittenden, Cross, Lee, Mississippi, Phillips, Poinsett, and St. Francis, AR; Alcorn, Benton, Coahoma, De Soto, Lafayette, Marshall, Panola, Quitman, Tate, Tippah, and Tunica, MS; and Crockett, Dyer, Fayette, Hardeman, Haywood, Lauderdale, McNairy, Shelby, and Tipton, TN.
