The Saint Louis DMA comprises 31 counties across two states, namely, Bond, Calhoun, Clay, Clinton, Fayette, Greene, Jersey, Macoupin, Madison, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery, Randolph, St. Clair, and Washington, IL; and Crawford, Franklin, Gasconade, Iron, Jefferson, Lincoln, Phelps, Pike, Reynolds, St. Charles, St. Francois, St. Louis, St. Louis City, Ste. Genevieve, Warren, and Washington, MO.
