It is the 66th biggest media market by size in the United States, with a total population of 496,260 TV households as of the 2024-2025 television season, down -1% from that of the 2023-2024 season. The Spokane DMA comprises 24 counties across four states, namely, Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Clearwater, Idaho, Kootenai, Latah, Lewis, Nez Perce, and Shoshone, ID; Lincoln, MT; Wallowa, OR; and Adams, Asotin, Columbia, Ferry, Garfield, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, and Whitman, WA.
