The Tri-Cities, TN-VA designated market area (DMA) is a U.S. television market serving the people in the states of Tennessee and Virginia. It is the 101st biggest media market by size in the United States, with a total population of 331,520 TV households as of the 2024-2025 television season, up +2% from that of the 2023-2024 season. The Tri-Cities DMA comprises 19 counties across three states, namely, Leslie, and Letcher, KY; Carter, Greene, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington, TN; and Bristol City, Buchanan, Dickenson, Lee, Norton City, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Washington, and Wise, VA.
