Meanwhile as of October 26th Boomerang gets 23,000 viewers and NickToons gets 53,000 viewers. I honestly feel bad for Boomerang, because the channel that currently airs MORE animated classic shows than NickToons in its current state gets LESS viewed every week, yet a channel that spams WAY WORSE than MTV that used to be Paramount's rival to Boomerang in its heyday (NickToons) gets the most views. How does that even work in the first place? 🤔

Seriously, is Boomerang cooked? I hope not, because ever since NickToons threw FOP reruns out the window, NickToons is not really the NickToons that fans grew in love with in its early days.

MeTV toons shows should be on Boomerang. That is the best way for the channel to get popular again. As for Nicktoons, they should consider adding the NickRewind block to their lineup instead of TeenNick

A NickRewind block that includes Fairly OddParents, Jimmy Neutron, and Danny Phantom (the three other members of the NickToons Unite gang).

Unfortunately, SpongeBob pulls in higher views than any other NickToon on cable now, so the "bringing back animated classics on NickToons' thing is not happening. Remember: NickToons often surpasses Cartoon Network in viewership now with just that one series.

Everyone should be watching Boomerang. Because unlike Nicktoons in its current state, that channel was able to get back on its feet thanks to Dave Byer (who sadly left the network after March 2024). Makes me want to question if Nicktoons is ever gonna go back to its original purpose of airing old cartoons again just like its genesis days. Because Nicktoons is currently airing NOTHING BUT NOB-STOP SPONGEBOB ALL DAY EVERY DAY for OVER FOUR MONTHS. Which honestly makes Nicktoons more of a zombie channel than it already has been.
