Dear Sirs,

I started watching FN in 1999. At that time there were many shows that I watched that were very influential to me, were very instructive, and I watched religiously for the next 3-4 years. Those shows took the fear out of cooking for me. Since that time you have put in all these food competition shows that are supposed to be fun. They started out that way but have now become boring, stupid, and don't really show people how to cook anymore. I miss Sara Moulton, Ming Tsai, even Mario Batali. Those are the types of shows I miss. They were instructional, and gave that feeling of being there one on one with the chef. Please bring that format back.
