Long time fan, love baseball as a game. I have been hanging on by a thread for several years now. I am taking my dollars and time to some other endeavor and I let MLB know this. Lookout MLB, you had gained a lot of momentum, from the nineties drop and then early 2000s steroid scandals. Now Americas pastime , has weighed in, and fans don't like it.
The ballpark is a sanctuary from our often dull and difficult lives. Not a political meeting place. Players and owners and management,are Handsomely compensated. But they are terrified of " Woke America" . The game was created shortly after the Civil War here in America, and until now, has been " Our Game" . The Flag flys high over these Ballparks, as a symbol of Freedom, and a symbol of ALL of our Freedoms , to congregate to watch.
Now political, corporate , woke awareness , and Chinese Money pressures, are bending baseball from " We the People" . It's our game , It's our circus, We will stop watching if you don't return to neutral, I promise you that! This fan of over 60years, is now OUT.
