I watched Alicia Menendez fill in for Stephanie Ruhle this evening (10/14/22).It was the first time I had seen her and I was thoroughly impressed with her, the presentation, and the topic of the show. I searched her out to learn more about her. I could easily see her as an anchor on one of the evening shows on MSNBC. In fact, I enjoyed her voice more than the voice of Alex Wagner (whose voice is VERY annoying to me). I will watch Alicia's show, "American Voices", from now on!

I totally agree. I am long time msnbc watcher, and remember Alex on msnbc years back. They released her then for poor ratings, so I am surprised that they gave her this prime spot. Alicia is smart, a great listener, and very enjoyable to watch, always happy to see her filling in.
Some of the women are, or have gotten, very strident, and need less caffeine...tense bodies and fast reactions and often speaking over their guests...(yes, men guilty of this too), Alicia rarely does that....that just makes me tense, wanting to hear the rest of the guest's answer.
