Kelly Ann
Hoda is wonderful and the shining star of the Hoda & Jenna program. She is insightful, polished, articulate, emotionally intelligent, versatile, and respectful to guests, as well as possessing stellar presentation skills. Hoda is the only reason Hoda & Jenna stays alive, and I am a viewer strictly because of her. But, more often than not lately, I find myself turning the program off when I can no longer endure Jenna. She speaks when she shouldn't (and unintelligently); employs poor English skills; continually talks over Hoda; interrupts guests; and on-screen projects as so self-absorbed that often my tolerance is stretched to the limit. Plus, it is obvious that she deludes herself into thinking that she is smart and entertaining. What she does seem to have, though, is an over-abundance of self-confidence. How can NBC execs sleep at night subjecting viewers to this person. Having been a professional in corporate America for over 45 years, I can only surmise that she keeps this job because of her familial background. Understandably, because of that "qualification", NBC may be hesitant to eliminate her. It is hard to believe she would be employed otherwise. Sorry for this review, but I think NBC viewers deserve better.
