Only 88,000 average viewers IN PRIMETIME as of Sunday July 7th and 43,000 average viewers in daytime. Dropping Blue Bloods sunk their weekend numbers and their Primetime heavyweights of Cuomo Abrams and Banfield can't get out of their stagnant numbers. Sinking ship? Going...going...GONE in 2025?

MAJOR MAJOR DIP in the ratings and viewership as of June 30th. Only Cuomo scored above 100,000 average viewers and that was only 134,000 a.v.. Dropping Blue Bloods killed NN Prime's viewership as indicated in the list of NN's top shows above. At this rate of performance it's hard to see NN being around in 2025 unless there's a shakeup on air, at the network, or at Nexstar

The ratings have gotten WORSE since they stopped the Blue Bloods reruns and gave Adrienne who was DEMOTED in January another chance. Nexstar needs to SHUT it DOWN

Newsmax was a huge winner Thursday June 27ths Presidential Debate...with zero network advertising like Newsnation did on all its affiliated stations...Newsmax scored 1,010,000 viewers AND was the 10th ranked network! With ALL the hype on the 100+ Nexstar TV stations promoting the debate AND Chris Cuomo anchoring the pre and post debate...Newsnation drew only 349,000 viewers and Cuomo only 225,000 viewers. It GOES TO SHOW Newsnation is DEFINITIVELY NOT the GO TO news outlet they claim to be. LOL...Fact check that Jack!

Nexstar's Sean Compton told Forbes May issue they're ecstatic at the "triple digit rise" of Cuomo and Banfield's Nielsen ratings as they go 24/7 news. So why are all of Newsnation's May 2024 ratings a dismal 85,000 avg viewers. Cmon Sean...you have egg on your face!

Mr Compton's comments are all "spin" to cover their dismally low ratings. Remember...Nexstar can't "sell" NewsNation with its poor ratings so Nexstar has to "package" it with The CW and Nexstars 100+ TV O&O's. The Presidential race is NewsNation's last chance to prove itself or finally throw in the towel

Selective editing of NewsNation's ratings I see. They only reported Cuomo's ratings for June 5th and 6th while nothing for Abrams and Banfield. Ha! Give me a break guys
What makes it even more pathetic...
Dan Abrams used to report the Cable News ratings everyday on his site, Mediaite.
Once NewsNation was added, those daily reports stopped dead in their tracks when they showed that Dan Abrams had one of the lowest watched shows in all of Cable News.

Selective editing again by NewsNation again. No numbers for the week ending Sunday June 16th...WHY? Probably the numbers were so bad it was to save face. They're getting killed on weekends without Blue Bloods as a lead in for Newsnation Prime!

Real Time with Bill Maher has recently debuted on CNN with 800,000+ avg viewers and averaging 600,000+ avg viewers on Saturday nights while Newsnation Prime has sunk again...now with a paltry 45,000 avg viewers. In fact, since April 28th, Newsnation's Nielsen ratings are the lowest since Cuomo debuted. Daytime ratings remain stagnant too. Who the heck is driving this ship?
Dan Abrams got one of his employees on Mediaite to spin the news that NewsNation was dumping their Blue Bloods reruns, their largest viewer draw (because they can't afford them)... as "NewsNation is becoming a 24/7 News Network!"
The only change to NewsNation was that the Blue Bloods time block was being swapped with yet another talking head format.
That's pretty pathetic Dan...

NewsNation's clearly trying to FAIL by letting go of Blue Bloods and giving Adrienne Bankert who they DEMOTED in January another show to RUIN like she did the Morning show
They dumped Blue Bloods reruns because they can't afford them anymore... despite being their largest audience draw.
Wouldn't be surprised if they fold up shop in the next year.
Rightly so, they're terrible

Without Blue Bloods to give them those 100,000+ lead-in viewer numbers...NewsNation Prime numbers crashed...only 45,000 avg viewers this week. Sinking ship...Bring back Blue Bloods! Bring back WGN America!

I definitely agree they'll be shutting down next year. They don't much on air on talent and NOBODY'S watching

Last 3 weeks Newsnation's ratings have slipped; this week it pulled a low of 80,000 avg viewers. "Attention Michael Corn and Perry Sook: This ship...is sinking!"
